Position:: Business System Analyst

Location:: Torrance, CA

Duration:: 1+ year

Job Description :-

• To analyze the As-Is Accounting IT landscape and prepare To-Be requirements considering changes in organization structure.

• To evaluate existing Chart of Account structure and analyze the future requirement

• To write business requirements for different areas e.g., Accounts payable, Receivable, Fixed assets, Cash Management, General ledger and Reporting

Skills Requirement :-

• Should have knowledge of Accounts payable, Receivable, Fixed assets, Cash Management and General ledger.

• Should have worked on at-least one of the financial system e.g., SAP, Oracle Financial, PeopleSoft, Work Day.

• Preferred knowledge of loans and leasing business.

• Preferred 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business System Analyst, on accounting projects.

• Should have analytical, organization, interpersonal and process improvement skills.

• Should have technical writing experience.

• Ability work with multiple groups and external companies

• Ability to Interview different people, including accounting manager, tax manager, business lead

• Ability to organize meeting and drive requirement sessions

• Preferred Knowledge of SAP FI-CO, AR, AP and Assets is plus

• Preferred Knowledge of PeopleSoft is plus

• Preferred prior experience in divestment or organization change
