Title: Workday Implementation- Large Program Testing
Location: Sun Prairie, WI (Remote work Option) with some travel required
Position Type: Contract/ FULLTIME Permanent
Hourly/ Salary: Open
Responsibilities :
Minimum of 10+ years on HCM ERP experience and 3+ years on workday in deployment, support & integration aspects
Workday HCM certified mandatory while having WD integration certification would be an added advantage
Experience in implementations on HR, benefits and payroll
Experience with the full lifecycle of both implementations and migration from other product line into Workday
Must have experience in performing the following on an engagement :
Configure and integrate with the Workday solution,
Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist the client in testing the Workday solution
Indepth understanding of setup tables, processing, and reporting requirements
Good exposure to HR business processes
Building Studio and Cloud connect integration to output data from work day into external systems
Experience in Web Services, EIB, Custom Report, Calculated Fields, and Complex XSLT
Experience in working with Cloud Connect for HCM, Recruitment, Learning Management, Benefits and Payroll between workday and Third Party systems
Building Custom Integration (EIB), Custom reports, Calculated Fields and Writing Complex XSLT using Studio to generate customer specified output format
Knowledge in Data Conversion/Migration through EIB iLoad, and spreadsheets from legacy system
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Proven ability to solve problems creatively and resourcefully
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication & customer interaction skills and Self driven
