Information Security Analyst
Paramus, NJ
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Information Security Analyst will be responsible for the daily monitoring and maintenance of the Bank’s
data loss prevention (DLP) tool, privileged access monitoring, and Miser security violations.
The person in this role will work with ISD and will be responsible for day to day management of and alerts from the
various Information Security monitoring systems.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
•Monitor alerts generated from DLP and other technologies
•Understand and follow the incident response process through event escalations
•Construct and maintain Information Security policies
•Work with Information Security Lead to produce weekly and monthly operational metrics
•Follow and develop processes to support the Information Security environment
•Familiarity with regulatory requirements (PCI, GLBA, etc.)
•Work with vendors and internal customers to respond to escalations
•Facilitate Bank-wide information security awareness initiatives
•Assist with the implementation of information security controls within business processes
•Create and maintain information security processes to support the daily operation of the Information Security team (Incident response, privileged user monitoring, etc.)
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1-2 years in a dedicated IT role with at least 6 months to 1 year focused in one or more of the
following (or equivalent educational credentials):
•DLP technology and methodology
•Operation of DLP in an enterprise environment including end-point and network based technologies
•Researching and associating DLP events with use patterns involving removable devices, email or other network
based data transfer methods
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
