Position:    Project Manager
Location :  Erlanger, KY
Duration :  2 years

 

Must Have : 1. At least five years of project experience. 2. Experience in utilizing resource planning tools and databases. 3. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Ability to interact positively and effectively with others including the ability to work well in a team environment. 6. Strong planning and decision-making skills. 7. Ability to multi-task and balance company and customer requirements. 8. Ability to build consensus among individuals with wide-ranging backgrounds (e.g. technical, management, contracts, etc.) to complete assigned tasking and actions 9. Experience in identifying, researching, evaluating, analyzing and recommending solutions to resolve project-related issues. 10. Experience in tracking the status of events required to complete assigned actions. 11. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 12. Ability to adjust quickly and smoothly to shifting customer and company priorities. 13. Ability to work independently at times with minimal oversight

 

• Skills & Qualification : - Extensive experience in managing project life cycle and reporting project status - Ability to organize, develop, document, execute, and improve processes supporting department/section Key Performance Indicators - Experiences in preparing solutions options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. - Experience working with Information Systems to determine needs/requirements and developing and documenting business needs - Ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time and prioritize tasks - Experience with project resource estimation, technology/process requirements, duration, costs and issues tracking
