Premiere Minneapolis Company has a opportunity in the Project Delivery Development group. Responsibilities will be development for corporate custom .NET applications. This individual will be utilizing the Microsoft Stack with C#, ASP.Net, SQL2008 (SSIS), Web Services and MVC. Additionally, apply professional concepts and company policies and procedures to develop with the SDLC, adhere to deadlines and collaborate with BA's to prototype, refine, test, and debug solutions to meet requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Accurately estimate and time line development efforts for enhancements and projects
* Work with customers, business analysts, and team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Advocate and implement best practices and standards
* Follow company SDLC Standards
* Develop and execute unit and system test plans to ensure software quality.
* Write and maintain software documentation.
* Ability to work with limited supervision
Basic Qualifications: (required)
· C# and ASP.NET, MVC
· MS SQL Server (T-SQL) 2000, 2005, 2008, DTS and SSIS packages
· MS Visual Studio, TFS 2008 or higher
· IIS 6.0, 7.0
· XML, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML
· 2 years' experience with the Agile methodology
· SSRS
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Proven experience to stay current on Microsoft development technologies
· 5 years' experience programming in a Microsoft environment. Proven experience with Microsoft Development technologies.
· 5+ years of .NET experience.
· Solid knowledge of the .Net 4.0 framework and object oriented design and programming concepts
· 3+ years' experience of MVC
· ASP.NET Web API and REST services
· Excellent technical skills with MS SQL Server with demonstrable understanding of complex stored procedures, queries, joins, triggers, views, functions, etc.
· Ability to take ownership of desired application components and associated project deliverables
· Team player able to quickly understand overall environment (technology platform, systems, processes, and development lifecycle)
Additional qualifications (not required):
* WCF and Web Services
* Microsoft certification
* Knowledge of IBM DB2 based solutions and/or IBM AS/400
* Experience with development of e-Commerce applications
* Ability to read and understand RTM and design documentation
* Working knowledge of classic ASP
* Working knowledge of BizTalk Server 2009, BRE,
· Microsoft ESB Toolkit
· BizTalk Server WCF-SQL, WCF-net.msmq, & FTP Adapter
· Microsoft Visual Studio (VS) 2010
· XML, XSD, XSLT, WCF Services, & SOAP
