This Project Manager will lead a team of software developers through a SDLC that will culminate in an application that will be deployed on an existing .NET platform.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Project Manager will ensure that the team goes through an Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Deployment of an application. They will report to management on the progress of individual tasks within those disciplines in a clear concise manner; as well as adhering to Change Management and Risk Management protocols to ensure that management is kept informed of schedule changes. They will ensure that key deliverables a created and approved the responsible parties.

 

Skills Needed:

•             Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills required

•             Strong analytical and organizational skills required

•             Ability to handle multiple priorities

•             Experience managing IT projects

•             Experience with RUP and Waterfall SDLCs

•             Experience in presenting to senior management

•             Problem-solving, troubleshooting skills

•             Work closely with others in a team environment

•             Able to work independently, self-motivated

•             Excellent communication skills

•             Knowledge of MS Project

•             Knowledge of SharePoint

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree, Business or equivalent work experience
