▪ Strong knowledge of usability methodologies/tools including user profiles, user scenarios, navigation flow charts, organizational models, storyboards, wireframes, mockups, feature lists, functional requirements and user interface specifications

▪ Ability to translate requirements and user feedback into effective and intuitive user interfaces that meet business and user needs

▪ Good exposure to design of next generation UIs (Fluid layout concepts), content presentation and general web applications

▪ Experience in the functional design (Look and feel & behavior) of custom controls and associated documentation of design specifications of look and feel, behavior, variations, properties and recommended modes of usage in the product

▪ Will work directly with business unit to develop look and feel of new site (good inter-personal skills required!)

▪ Must have experience working with pilot user groups, coordinating and changing designs as warranted during pilot phases"               

• Good team building skills

• Ability to influence team towards achieving project deliverables"
