-App Pools, Virtual Directory, Worker Process
-SSL , Access Control ,Authentication , Implementing Security
-Managing web farms, Modules, Extensions
-Troubleshooting skills
-Logs Analysis, Failed Request Tracing
-Performance Tuning
-Alternate Request Routing (ARR)
-DNS Mapping
-FTP / SMTP
Good-to-Have
a. The ability to lead projects, including planning and implementing short and long term work plans and successfully completing projects on schedule.
b. The ability to understand customer requirements and present solutions that will meet business objectives.
c. Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and management.

1 Will be responsible for the Design and Architecture Recommendation
2 Will be responsible for Troubleshooting the Environment issues
3 Will be part of the technical Discussions with various stake holders.
