Interaction Designer
Location: Renton, WA
Required Skills:
• Strong user experience design skills for web, mobile web and mobile tablet/phone(iOS required, Android and Windows 8 plus)
• Experience with formal and informal user research methods.
• Solid wire-framing experience(interaction designer)
• Fluency with PC based design tools such as Axure, Adobe Suite etc.
• Ability to produce low to high fidelity design/mockups.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create UX plans and schedules including time estimates for key deliverables and manage to them.
• Conduct and/or participate in project solution initial and final interaction design (UUI & brand) conformance reviews.
• Collaborate with UX team to inform designs and share knowledge.
• Participate in the development of UI toolkits, reusable components, and governance process.
• Conduct formal and informal user research and evaluation activities.
• Perform validation usability testing to determine whether features and products have met business and usability objectives.
• Translate research findings into design recommendations to quickly improve product designs in early in the design cycle.
• Create storyboards, user scenarios, sketches, high and low fidelity wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and vision demos to convey design concepts and support the development process(interaction designer)
• Create high fidelity mockups
• Present compelling business rationale for purposed design concepts.
• Ensure all design solutions are consistent and contemporary, meet design requirements, balance business objectives with customer needs, and follow established standards.
• Should possess good communication skills both verbal and written.
