• 7+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration
• 3 to 4+ years of experience in Networking
• Technical team management experience including offshore team members
• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Basic Retail Knowledge specifically in stores area
• Hands on experience working on workstations, store devices or in any lab simulator environment

Roles and responsibility "ü Responsible for overall onsite NPE Lab Management team working on day to day operations
ü Project/Tech Lead for NPE Lab Management team – Lab Ops
ü Guide onshore and offshore lab team members to ensure standards and lab process are met
ü Work with the NPE labs partner team throughout the project during issues and new builds
ü Daily monitor Lab Operation work request tool and assign request to appropriate owners
ü Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept for Lab projects if required
ü Prepare Weekly reports for customer review on Lab operations
ü Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
ü Coordinate with partner team and customer during urgent issue and report status.
ü Good written and oral communication
ü Work with offshore project lead on planning maintenance and daily workload management
ü Ability to maintain inventory for overall labs across all lab locations"
