Job Title :Senior .NET Developer
Location : Los Angeles, CA
Duration :6-12+ months.

This position requires prior experience supporting Trade Analytics, Liquidity Management and Funding activities in Bank Corporate Treasury.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of application systems including SQL databases and web applications. perform scope and objective determination for user needs, prepare detailed specifications to develop programs, design, code, test, debug, and document those programs, and devise and modify procedures to solve problems. Implement high performance production processes to extract, transform, and load large volumes of data from various source systems.
Serve as technical support for Corporate Treasurys most critical applications and act as technical liaison between Corporate Treasury and ITG. Work closely with users to establish system specifications, design interfaces and resolve problems. Evaluate software and system problems and potential solutions to application systems requirements. Recommend system improvements, new applications and develop plans to improve service. Conduct system architecture studies of new and existing database systems or subsystems for development of integrated systems which operate at low cost levels.
Recommend appropriate platform and communication to clients working with ITG to ensure development or purchase and integration of efficient application systems that are compatible with Client architecture and compliant with Client policies. Research, develop and evaluate alternative system solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost effective solution for the system design or integration.
Assist in managing vendor relationships, including: QRM, BlackRock, Thomson & others.

Additional Information:

Advanced knowledge of C#, ,Net, SQL and PL/SQL, data modeling, and ETL.
Proven experience with the Rapid Application Development paradigm.
Knowledge of investment management industry, including prevailing technology trends, and reporting tools such as Business Objects and Reporting Services.
Demonstrated work experience in MS Office software (Excel, ACCESS, PowerPoint).
Maintaining & Troubleshooting Windows 95, 98,ME, NT 4.0,2000,XP, 2003, Windows 7 Server 2003,
Investment Management Platforms: Buy-side Order Management Systems, ETL tools, Client, Client TOMS, Reuters, Tradeweb, InTrader, QRM, BlackRock Anser & Package, Microsoft Project, Visio Professional, Access Data Base Functionality-Query writing for Information Management, SQL (end-user), Seagate 7.0 Crystal Report Writer, all aspects of the Internet.

Required:

10+ years experience working in development and related activities
3 to 5 years project management experience.
