Requirements :

 

Roles and Responsibilities :

Support the Test and Compliance Lead with the activities for SAP implementation including:  Assist in reviewing test scripts to help ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices, Update test scripts per the instruction of the Test and Compliance leads wherever applicable, assist in managing the documentation generated and approved during the project, upload the documents to the ERP Document repository and helping to ensure all validated deliverables are accounted for and signed off on prior to go-live implementations. Support the PMO Leads with activities for SAP implementation including:  track deliverable status, participate in project team meetings, support the scheduling and management of meetings and events, create communications, assist in resource and deliverable management and manage projects as assigned.

Describe the essential daily job functions and include % of time spent on each such as Control of Documents (electronic & hard copy) and PMO Support Activities.   

 

Business & Technical Skills/Requirements:

 

Take direction from the Test and Compliance Leads to:

 

• Assist in reviewing SAP Test Scripts to help ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices

• Update SAP Test scripts from a documentation perspective per the instruction of the Test and Compliance leads

• Coordinate all Work in Progress (WIP) documentation (physically and electronically) during the project

• Ensures original and approved hard copies of applicable project and validation deliverables are stored in one location

• Utilizes the Document Index Listing Checklist tool to ensure all applicable documents have been created for the project

• Assist in proactive issue management

• Communicates and works with Quality Document Control to ensure all project/change control documentation exists and are stored appropriately

 

Take direction from the PMO Leads to:

 

• Track Deliverables Status and communicate to team leaders

• Participate and facilitate project team meetings

• Support the scheduling and management of meetings and events

• Create communications for the program team

• Assist in resource and PMO deliverable management

• Manage projects as assigned

• IT teams
