Required skills:

• Maintain existing relationships as well as develop new relationships to achieve the business objectives.
• Represent the organization in all aspects of the account.
• Should handle existing clients.
• Experience with Indian IT Services companies is must.
• Strong experience in lead generation with existing Client for IT services in US market through strategies such as -cold calling/Email/Networking/market research activities.
• Good working knowledge of Recruitment Life Cycle in US IT Recruitment and sales.
• Understanding IT Clients' Requirements.
• Complete interaction with Clients, delivery team and Consultants to achieve the target periodically.
• Must be well versed with US Tax terms W2, 1099 and C2C with Visa H1B, GC, USC, EAD (OPT/CPT), TN.
• Keeping team motivated to meet the desired objectives and goals on week to week basis.
• Must be willing to travel extensively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Should be ready to work in US Timings.
• Highly self motivated and Independent.
• Excellent screening and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• The account manager would handle accounts and fulfill the direct clients & Tier I client requirements on a day to day basis.
• Leading a team of recruiters to fulfill the client requirements.
• Experience in Direct clients / Tier 1 clients hiring in US IT Staffing.
• Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
• We are looking for stable resources who are looking for a long term opportunity.
• Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct clients or tier model.
• Should be able to meet the required metrics. Should be able to work in an aggressive environment.
