Position:  Client Server Developer . (C/C++)

Location:  Santa Clara, California

Duration:  9 Months

*LOCAL CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED*

Required Skills:
MS in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred and BS is required

8-15 yrs experience with Software Systems Development and Maintenance.
Thorough knowledge of TCP/IP & application protocols (HTTP, POP3, SMTP, IMAP, FTP etc).
Strong C/C++ design and implementation skills

Ability to read and understand large code bases
Good debugging skills and ability to troubleshoot complex problems

Must be able to analyze core file
Ability to reproduce customer problems in-house

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pluses:
Proficiency in any scripting language (Ex:- Shell/PERL/Tcl/Python)
Knowledge of security concepts
