Position: Senior Microsoft Exchange engineer
Location: Brooklyn, NY 11201.
Duration: 6+ Months 

This position has to be worked from 2 location. Brooklyn, NY and Piscataway, NJ – must be will to work from both the location has and when required.

SCOPE OF SERVICES 

• The Senior Exchange Server Engineer will be responsible to design, document, build and implement the Site B resilient site for the City's 99,000 plus user hosted and internal Exchange 2010 complex environments, utilizing Microsoft's native data replication and technologies.

Additional duties will include: 

• Development and coordination of training and service delivery for the Exchange messaging system. 
• Due to the necessary technical support duties of this position, candidates may be required to work various shifts such as weekends and/or evening shifts

Responsibilities will also include:

• Create, manage and update the existing Exchange/AD systems, disaster recovery and related documentation.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note:

• At least eight (8) years experience as Microsoft Exchange engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of messaging systems, architecture expertise.
• Advanced Exchange 2007/2010, Active Directory, documentation and overall Windows OS skills. 
• At least three (3) years experience administrating an Exchange 2010 DAG.
• Experience in a large, geographically dispersed environment.
• Full understanding of Load Balancers,  LDAP compliant directories; Outlook Web Access and Microsoft Outlook.
• Design and configuration of Blackberry with Site resiliency and Windows.
