 I need someone who has primarily used VB.net.

 

 Job Description:

Position:  VB.net/WPF developer.

Duration:  6months +

Location: NJ(local candidates).

 

Skills Required:

•             VB .NET is the front end

•             Excellent development skills utilizing the following programming languages: Visual Basic .NET.

•             5+ years of developing and testing business application systems.

•             5+ years of relational database experience.

•             Proficient with DB2, SQL

•             Proven ability to build high-performance and stable client/server applications utilizing RDBMS.

•             Proficient with the following tools and skills: Data Query Tools ( TOAD, DB Visualizer, PL/SQL Developer, etc ), MS Source Safe.

•             Proficient with the following operating system: Windows XP.

•             Excellent verbal and written skills

•             Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals and the ability to maintain effective work relationships are desired.

•             The person must be able to work under pressure with limited time.

•             Proficient with WPF and MVVM

•             Knowledge of MEF is a plus
