Role: Onbase Developer

Duration: 12 Months

Location: New York, NY

 

Job Summary:

Qualifications

Technical Responsibilities:

1.     Code, test and implement OnBase applications and workflows including complete documentation of solution and end-user training as needed.

2.     Write unit test scripts and debug code using reliable test data; obtain end user approval to promote to production

3.     Ensure all developed solutions meet performance requirements.  Identify best practices and challenges associated with configuring OnBase

4.     Participates in updates and new releases to existing server and client installations to ensure custom solutions migrate properly.

5.     Prepares and presents deliverables to project teams.

6.     Develop and maintain document classifications schemes

7.     In conjunction with system administrator, diagnose and troubleshoot production support issues related to imaging and OnBase including both hardware and software issues related to custom solutions.

8.     Work collaboratively to resolve issues before escalating to Hyland Tech Support

9.     Act as a proponent for software change requests to address necessary enhancements and software errors impacting successful solution implementations

10.   Tailor application security within OnBase

11.   Identify best practices and challenges associated with configuration

12.   Design and implement OnBase solutions with the following experience:

·         Document capture workflow scenarios including scanning, migration experience in capture from other electronic sources such as RightFax servers

·         Large-scale back file document conversions; working knowledge of document retention and disposition best practices

·         Directory Services or other authentication

·         Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, juggle multiple projects, organize and prioritize work

·         Exposure to and essential knowledge of scanning/capture technologies and image processing

·         Proficiency in ASP, ASP.Net, VB.Net, Java, C# Programming with SQL Server as data store

·         Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access as well as Visio process mapping)
