Must have:

•Application Configurations

•ETL Architecture

•RPD Metadata

•HR Analytics Dimensions and hierarchies

•Security Implementation ( Data level and User Level) - CRITICAL

  AD Authentication integration.

Experience with both custom Oracle OBIA Implementation - CRITICAL

- Experience with EBS HRMS.

- Deep experience with dimensional data modeling, PL/SQL, Oracle database platform

- Proficient with  ETL tool Informatica and DAC

Optional good to have an idea:
