ZionTech Solutions, Inc is hiring Recruiters for U.S. IT Staffing at Hyderbad offshore office .

This is an Immediate Hire Position:

1. Experience working as a US Recruiter
2. Experience on Bench sales and Recruiting
3. Strong Sourcing and Negotiation Skills
4 Experience of interviewing US candidates and providing staffing services to clients
5 .Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in IT.
6. Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles in time.
7. Handling entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates on international platforms.
8. Must have good communication (Written & oral), presentation & team building skills.
9. Usage of all portals like Portals -Dice, corp-corp, Monster , Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls and direct mailing.
10. Negotiating & finalizing salary / rate / hr aspects (W2 & Corp-Corp) with U.S. Citizens, GC, H1B's. etc.
11. Strong desire to be a part of a winning team
12 Team player with leadership skills

Qualification :

Minimum graduates with 0-3years experience in US recruitment
Candidate should be ready to work in US Shifts
Good communication is an absolute must.
