Job Title: Oracle DBA with Informix, Golden Gate, ETL Skills
Location: Middletown, NJ
Duration: 1 Year+

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of replication technology using Golden Gate will be an additional advantage.
- Large scale implementation (> 1TB database) experience.
- Develop data models and perform planning of architecture, functions, modules, recovery, standards and implementation
- Tests designed applications
- Analyze and determine information needs and elements, data relationships and attributes, data flow and storage requirements, and data output and reporting capabilities
- Create ad-hoc reports utilizing various data sources
- Good Team Player, Good Communications/Documentation Skills

Description:
An Oracle DBA for this project is needed.
Experience with Oracle 10g/11g RAC on Linux/Unix.
The Oracle DBA must be proficient in Oracle DBA activities such as Database Creation, Database Maintenance, Database Backup and Recovery, Database Tuning, Application Tuning, Security, Migration.
Applying Oracle security patches. Involved in regular data monitoring, data backup/recovery processes. Duties involve regular maintenance, monitoring, performance analysis, trouble shooting, problem resolution, and user assistance, user testing.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Desirable: Oracle Database/Applications Migration Experience for INFORMIX to ORACLE
- Desirable: Knowledge of replication technology using Golden Gate will be an additional advantage.
- Desirable: Oracle Application DBA skills: Provide Extract, Transform, and Loading (ETL) development expertise in relational database management concepts and data warehousing best practices and apply dimensional modeling experience and a background in general programming concepts
