Position          : Test Lead (EAD, GC, Citizens Only)

Location         : Detroit, MI

Duration         : 12 Months

Rate                : $45-48/HR on C2C

Department Requirements;

-        The Test Lead/coordinator will lead a test team of 8-10 testing resources and have a deep understanding of the Full Lifecycle Testing Methodology.
-        Experience in Testing Methodology and applying best in class practices.
-        Experience in producing high quality test work products, such as a Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Traceability Matrices, Test Summary Reports and other key testing deliverables.
-        Experience successfully creating and tracking financial and resource plans as a detailed level. Planning and estimating resources.
-        Must have the ability to communicate at multiple levels of management, within both the client and company teams.
-        Experience with providing testing services in the Health Care.
-        In depth knowledge of health care product setup, benefits, membership, claim systems.
-        Experience in coordinating testing across organization and working with testing partners.
-        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-        Experience in doing QR.s and providing feedback.

Required

 Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or related field
 8 years and more experience as a Test Lead/Coordinator
 At least five years experience in Test Strategy
 At least five years experience in Test Planning
 At least five years experience in Test Design
 At least five years experience in Test Execution
 At least 5 years experience in Defect Management
 At least 5 years experience in Test Metrics
 At least 5 years experience in Manual Testing
