Job Title: DevOps Engineer (Must have 10+ years experience)

Location: Reston, VA (Need only locals)

Duration: Long Term

 

- 10+ years experience with AWS and DevOps technologies. Looking for proficiency in the following areas -
- AWS services (EC2, Load balancer, Route 53, Postgres RDS, Dynamodb, Lambda, Cloudwatch and others)
- Building and maintaining CICD pipelines (Jenkins, UCD)
- Scripting - Python, Cloudformation/Terraform to deploy AWS infrastructure as code
- Containerization
- Worked on deployments with complex architecture, multi-region/high-availability/resiliency requirements
- Exposure to Splunk and other logging and monitoring tools
- Understand the code promotions and branching methodologies
- Worked with COTS products

Other requirements -
- Exposure to Agile methodology
- Good communication, documentation and team player skills
- Be able to support off-hours production releases and provide off hours on-call operations support
