USG direct client is looking for Business Analyst at Louisville, KY

 

Technical/Functional Skills:-

·         Minimum of 3-5 year Health Care industry experience

·         Minimum of 5 years Business Analysis or equivalent experience

·         Bachelor degree required.

·         Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

·         Exceptional active listening skills

·         Experience with analyzing and solving problems of a complex nature

·         Ability to effectively work with others in a team environment

·         Experience with Business Analysis Methodologies

·         Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working multiple project

 

Roles & Responsibilities:-

 

Specific responsibilities include the following:-

·         Determine operational/functional objectives for assigned projects.

·         Gather information, evaluate requirements and solutions.

·         Author functional specifications.

·         Translate ambiguous business problems into recommended concrete technology solutions

·         Author test plans based on requirements.

·         Execute test plans and track defects/fixes.

·         Collaborate with internal and 3rd Party project teams.

·         Investigate and resolve system related issues and provide first level support.

·         Troubleshoot production issues and determine if the resolution can be found through business processes/actions or if escalation to the IT technical resources is necessary.

·         Participate in weekly meetings with business and project teams to discuss projects, progress and issues to be resolved Skills & Requirements:

·         6+ years' experience in Business Analysis.

·         Must have critical skills in understanding the clients' needs (business requirements), establishing credibility and building/sustaining client relationships

·         Must have the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve project goals
