Project name: Innovation

Duration: 6+ months

Location: Germantown, MD

 

 

Job description :-

(Siebel Configuration, escripting) – Need hardcore Technical guy who has done atleast 2-3 end to end implementations.

 

·         Hands on experience of 5 to 7 years working in Siebel Tools, Configuration, Business Services, Scripting, Work Flow Management

·         Must have done heavy customization in Siebel in the areas of BC, Applet, Join, Link, Workflow, Business Service, etc. using Oracle Siebel best practice

·         Very Strong Siebel e-scripting skills

·         Siebel EAI Exposure – Experience in establishing interfaces with other systems

·         Knowledge and good understanding of Siebel Data Model, Architecture, System Administration etc.

·         Siebel 8.1 (preferably call center module, Order Entry, Invoicing, Service Request)

·         Siebel 8.1 Configuration, Smart Script, Work flow, Siebel server components

·         Good design and development experience

·         Good knowledge and understanding in Oracle Database and ability to write basic SQL Queries

·         Customer Focus - Constantly explores to conceptualize and understand customer needs and proactively delivers the best solution.

·         Siebel EIM is an added advantage.

·         Having Siebel Certification is a big advantage.

·         A minimum of 2 full life cycle large project implementations.
