Qualifications

 

College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3+ years' relevant Web content management and design experience producing interactive content for a high-traffic corporate website, or equivalent agency experience in interactive design, user experience, digital media, or related field.

Strong technical skills, including the ability to code using strict XHTML standards, knowledge of content management systems, PhotoShop skills, and programming skill in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.

Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to take direction from more than one manager.

Excellent technical troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytic skills.

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.

Flexible and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in an environment of multiple projects, clients, and deadlines.

Energetic and enthusiastic self-starter; comfortable learning new technologies; heavy, proficient Internet user.

Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio; experience with web analytics tools.

Nice to have: experience with WebTrends, BrightCove, Google Analytics a plus.
