Project Description:

 

 

 

 

Position Overview:

 

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:

Analyze business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies and/or required functional enhancements, and document business processes and procedures for their particular area. Translate stakeholder requirements into various documentation deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams. Work with Test Lead to validate test scenarios.

 

 

Skills Overview:

What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?

Minimum of 8 years experience 2 years lead experience Change Management Business analysis, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and ensuring new capabilities meet business strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Must have extensive Retail experience Experience as a BA within Merchandising and Supply Chain Must have experience with Visio Experience creating diagrams and process flows UAT testing and test scenarios Experience interacting with 3rd party vendors Finalizing business requirements

What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role?
