Below is the Critical Requirement

Role                 : PEGA LEAD BUSINESS ARCHITECT

Location            : San Jose, CA

Job Description / Responsibilities

 • Lead design phase activities utilizing Pega Directly Capture Objectives (DCO) methodology

• Transform business requirements into requirement artifacts, such as Business Requirement Documents and Functional Requirement Specifications
• Modernize the requirements traceability matrix and maintain versions of deliverables
• Create wireframes and other UI artifacts to assist in the development process

 Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 7yrs experience supporting software/hardware development
• Proven Pega BA experience of at least 5 years
• Strong object oriented design implementation and design skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical IT stakeholders
• Agile Development Methodology (especially Scrum)
• Work well under the direction of a technical lead
• Ability to clearly document design and technical requirements
• Pega certification
