Position: PeopleSoft Finance Techno Functional/ Lead
Location: Madison, WI
Duration: Long term (1 year +)

JD:
·         At least 2 years' experience in managing financial management projects in a financial services environment 
·         At least 4 years' experience in controllership and accounting functions with Insurance companies, including the accounting close processes (STAT and GAAP) and Financial reporting using PeopleSoft Financial. 
·         At least 3 years' experience in consulting including project management, team leadership, and client relationship management in support of the delivery of business and/or technical project solutions 
·         Strong Experience in PeopleSoft Techno Functional in Finance modules

This role requires the candidate to understand the business challenges of financial services clients and, through working with the client develop solutions to those challenges that:
·         Solve the client's business and technology challenges by utilizing deep understanding of a Financial Services, within the industry insurance and ability to apply financial management solutions, working on the Chart of Accounts for Life and Annuity clients. 
·         Provide high quality "trusted advisor" advice to customers to ensure appropriate process and technology solutions are proposed.

The appropriate candidate should have extensive experience with: 
·         Controllership and accounting functions in a financial services industry, including the STAT and GAAP close processes; Chart of Accounts using PeopleSoft financials. 
·         Finance transformation processes; and financial reporting. 
·         Front office to back office processes in a financial services industry.
