Sr. BI Director/Lead
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Job Description:
This person should have a minimum of 15 years of IT experience with at least 10+ years in BI-DWH.
Should have managed large BI-DWH programs and should have a very good exposure in setting up the right team for large engagement.
Should be able to engage and front end customer discussions for net new opportunities.
Should have had good exposure setting up practices grounds up.
Should be able to work with different stakeholders (HR, recruitment, and delivery) and be able to help in bringing new talent to the practice.
This role would have 25% focus in Presales, 50% focus in Operations and 25% in grooming freshers in US.
