Position : Citrix Administrator

Location :  San Deigo,CA

Duration: Contract to hire

 

Major Duties & Responsibilities: Plan, design, implement, test and deploy new and/or existing Citrix systems. Follow best practices to adhere to enterprise architecture. Make recommendations for new technologies where seem fit. Determine new requirements for new and/or existing environments. Responsible for developing detailed documentation regarding installation, upgrades, support and compatibility issues. Provide daily administration of XenApp, and/or presentation servers in a fully virtualized environment.

 

Qualifications:

• Design, implement, and manage Citrix infrastructure
• Building end-to-end Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments
• Knowledge of Citrix Netscalers and Citrix web interface
• Deep knowledge of Windows AD, GPO, and Server OS technologies
• Experience with VMware virtual environments
• Knowledge of system performance tuning and monitoring
• Application deployment
• Strong decision-making and leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
