We have a Direct Client Requirement for you and the details are as follows

 

Title: QA Lead with Oracle, SQL, Estimates, and coordination experience

Location: Chandler, AZ- Prefer local for in person

Duration: 18+ months

Needed ASAP

NOTE: Must be LEAD QA

Required Skills:

Basic Requirements

5+ years of technology project management experience.

 

Minimum Requirements

- 5+ years IT systems/application testing and/or development experience;

- 5+ years of experience with HP ALM/Quality Center or similar tool for requirements / test case / defect tracking;

- 4+ years of experience leading or managing Quality Assurance teams of 5 or more testers with strong communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written.

- 3+ years of experience providing full life-cycle QA estimates for Enterprise-wide implementations.

- 2+ years of experience constructing/executing SQL queries with strong understanding of Oracle, DB2, and/or SQL Server databases;

- Strong project management and organizational skills Preferred Skills

- BS degree in Computer Science or higher

- Experience developing and/or testing Contact Center Technologies (IVR, Genesys CTI, Cisco CTI, NICE Call Recording, etc.)

- Knowledge of Telephony and Networking

- Experience working with an onshore/offshore team model
