Role: EDI Consultant
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 12 Months
Start Date: ASAP
Expenses Paid: NO
Experience Required:
- Advanced knowledge of B2Bi concepts and EDI standards
- Ability to analyze business and customer requirements and translate into B2Bi solutions
- Basic know-how of EDI message types (order, order response, shipment notification, invoices, price catalogue, quotes, sales and inventory reports)
- Strong business understanding and customer focus
- Strong communication & intercultural skills
- Ability to work with teams across multiple countries, lead virtual teams and coordinate resources
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated
- Fluent English
- Nice to have: Good knowledge of industry standard XML technologies (e.g. cXML, xCBL, IDOC, ebXML)
- Nice to have: Experience with Seeburger BIS FrontEnd
- Nice to have: Good knowledge of industry standard Punchout technologies (e.g. OCI)
