Must understand WAS 6.1 Network Dispatch (no longer in WAS 8.5)
IBM MQS (Message Queue System), asynchronous processing will be huge
Skills with RSA 8.55/Subversion/Maven/Artifactory
Data Studio, IBM DB2, ZOS
Web Services, Delegate Pattern, SO(Service Object), TBO(Thin Business Object), DAO(Data Access Object)
Someone who can read HP Diagnostics
HTML developers tools through browser
STRUTS
