Position: QA LEAD
Location: Richfield,MI
Duration: 6+ Months
Very urgent NEED, can have someone interview today or tomorrow and have person start next week.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Requirements:
8-10 years of relevant QA technical experience.
Create clear, concise detail oriented test plans & test cases
Experience leading the team of 6-8 resources
Experience with SOAP UI is a desired
Strong experience with DB skills in a must
Experience with automation tools like Selenium and QTP is desired
Experience with tools like Bugzilla, JIRA, TFS
Extensive experience of working with Complex integration systems
Create detailed reports and metrics to measure the progress of project.
Ability to analyze Business requirement document, Functional requirement document and use cases
Thorough understanding of the software development process and all aspects of Quality Assurance
Responsibilities:
System integration, complex processes, and end-to-end/integration testing
Coordinate with multiple system teams as part of integration testing
Lead onsite and onshore team members
Generate daily and weekly reports to communicate project status
Deliver effective & comprehensive testing to ensure the highest quality software within the timeframe of Agile sprints
Write Test Plans, Test Strategy and test cases
Manage defect tracking and defect maintenance and perform defect root cause analysis
Work with Business teams to contribute towards complete coverage of requirements and testing
Contributes to the implementation and continual improvement of QA standards, processes and procedures
Soft Skills:
Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and requirements gathering skills
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced and dynamic environment
Able to focus on assignment/task and deliver quality results with minimal outside direction.
