Prioritizes, scopes, estimates, and manages the team(s) responsible for the development and implementation of engineering solutions. Includes people management responsibilities as well as team budget responsibilities. Frequently anticipates problems and analyzes ways to mitigate the risk. Articulates the business value and impact of advanced technical and non-technical information and understands when to escalate issues. Provides effective production support including accurate problem identification, ticket documentation and customer/vendor dialogue. Documents small-to medium-scale projects and delivers presentations with minimal supervision. Dissects complex situations and refocuses on critical technology tasks. Must have a high degree of technical expertise/professional mastery to recommend process improvements. Is often consulted by peers and seen as the informal leader on tactical problems. Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members. (1) advanced understanding of LoB technology drivers and their impact on architecture design (2) advanced understanding of performance and monitoring (3) Proficient in more than one specific infrastructure technology (4) advanced understanding of best practices and JPMChase policies (5) advanced troubleshooting skills (6) Technical certifications as required. This individual may lead several teams that may cross project boundaries, but typically will be responsible for both deliverables and projects.

or similar APM tool Working experience with system administration/engineering (AIX, Windows, Linux, Websphere, Tomcat, SQL, DB2, MySQL, MQ) Working experience with C, Perl, MQ, XML, JSON Working experience with performance testing mobile application Working experience handling multiple concurrent projects Working experience with performance testing in agile and waterfall SDLC Working experience with Confluence and Jira Working experience in leading cross functional teams Strong communication and presentation skill Working expreience with preparing and presenting performance test plan, performance test analysis, and performance test result.
Ability to lead conversation in meetings effectively Ability to work independently as well as in team
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, Develop, Execute, and Analyze Performance Test for complex applications and systems Gathering and interpreting performance test requirements Review business requirements, functional specifications, to understand how the changes impact application performance Analyze and document application workload in Production and translate them for Performance Create detailed Performance Test Requirement and Test Approach documents Work with stakeholders to determine if requirements are captured correctly and obtained sign-off Work with performance testers to create performance test plan based on the test requirements and approach documents Providing internal sign-off on test plan and test result Communicating testing status Preparing and presenting performance testing plan, performance test analysis, and performance test result Perform technical and non-functional validations (response time, architecture pattern, resource consumptions, and etc.) across the development life cycle Identifying and Assisting project teams with application and system tuning needs Providing application profiling support to assist in defect analysis and application and system tuning Work with development team to analyze and resolve defects related to performance and capacity factors Document application capacity plans for each application Provide simulator support and drive initiative for improvement Create and implement technology roadmap for performance tool box
