I have the following position open. Please let me know your thoughts.

 

3 references required.

Candidates should have at least 84 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply: 

• Experience with review and analysis of Request for Proposal (RFP) Functional Requirements.
  
• Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, conducting stakeholder interviews, focus groups and workshops and then analyzing the stakeholders' business needs and converting those into functional requirements.
  
• Experience in business requirements management including requirements documentation, analysis, validation, and change management.
  
• Experience in business process modeling, gap analysis, process improvement or re-engineering on medium to large-scale IT projects, describing the "as-is" and "to-be" business processes.
  
• Experience in writing use cases/user stories, business requirement document (BRD), software requirement specification (SRS), business rules, traceability matrix, work flow diagrams, or other business or system requirement artifacts.
  
• Experience leading a team (2 or more) of business analysts in planning, organizing, assigning staff to researching, gathering, evaluating business process requirements for a complex project and encouraging stakeholders to resolve issues with design specifications and evaluating project timeliness and priorities.
  

Please note that our client does allow Skype/remote interviews.  However they reserve the right to require an in-person interview.
