Position Overview:

 

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:

Provide classic ASP development and architectural guidance for development. Participate throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle and provide backlog grooming, task breakdown and estimate, prototyping and product development, and quality assurance. Deliver work and stay within defined estimates.

 

What would a normal day for this position look like??

75% coding 25% meetings

What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?

REQUIRED SKILLS ranked in order of importance: o Classic ASP- doesn't have to be recent experience, BUT needs to have at LEAST 3 year experience specifically working in Classic ASP o SQL Server 2005 o Stored Procedures o Triggers o HTML/CSS o Windows Services   OPTIONAL SKILLS: o Experienced in Design Patterns, ALM and Agile

 

What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role?

Minimum 3 years experience using classic ASP – doesn't have to be recent experience Minimum 3 years experience using stored procedures and SQL Server

 

What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role?
