- Gather and organize all business requirements including existing business process maps, workflows and use cases
- Gap analysis of current and new system implementation and provide recommendations to streamline and standardize new business process
- Manage business process and requirements and effectively communicate requirements to business, technical staff and managers
- Analyze requirements and ensure system implementation meets business requirements
- Design and document test scripts and lead and participate in testing phase
- Compile training material and assist in system rollout including user training
- Map and convert historical data into new system format from legacy system
