Must Have Skills:
·         CRM, MS-Dynamics
·         Techno Functional Capabilities with experience in Business Analysis
·         Communication, Healthcare experience

Desired Skills:
·         Project Management
·         Call-Center Implementation

Project Details:
Client is looking for CRM Consultant to connect IT and business team. MS-Dynamics, Healthcare and Call-center implementation experience is preferred.

Job Roles / Responsibilities:  
·         Should have Technical understanding of MS-Dynamics.
·         Good Leadership skills and shall be able to lead team.
·         Strong analytical and communication skills
·         Healthcare experience is a must
·         MS-Dynamics and Call-center implementation experience is preferred
·         Should have worked as a CRM BA in one or more Healthcare project(s)
