Job: Business Analyst w/Annuity & Life Insurance
Location: Topeka, KS
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Long term contract-probably multi-year
Rate: $45/hr on C2C

Must have Annuity and Life Insurance Industry experience

Responsibilities of the position include:
· Work with internal and external customers to define and finalize interface file requirements.
· Participate in requirements gathering sessions with internal and external clients as necessary.
· Provide ongoing support of interface files with internal and external customers.
· Provide status of interface file requests to IT and management as necessary.
· Reconcile conversion data between and our clients.

Qualifications:
· Experience with SQL/ORACLE/other IT applications.
· Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, organizational and Project Management skills;
· Ability to interact positively and successfully with all level of associates and managers to meet business needs;
· Ability to work on a team in multiple projects, the ability to work independently and own a project from start to finish.
· Knowledge of PC, client/server, and network environments;
· Familiarity with, and use of, Microsoft Office products.
· Annuity, mutual funds, financial services, or life insurance work experience a plus;
· Knowledge of administrative systems such as LifeCad, Omni, DST, EasyPay, MCS a plus.
· Knowledge of Agile development methodology is a plus.
· Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
