REQUIREMENT #6:
Lead QA Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 6-12 months
Rate: $55/Hr on C2C
The Lead QA Analyst is responsible for planning and managing testing for multiple, simultaneous projects. Reports to Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance. No direct reports. Must possess the ability to:
· Review requirements to define testing scope for complex software projects. Define strategic test plan and review with cross functional team members. Develop effort estimates to support testing strategy and identify resource needs. Create a resource leveled plan using Microsoft project. Consider skill level of testers, prerequisite tasks, and a risk based approach within the schedule.
· Lead a team of 2-5 software testers responsible for designing, developing, executing and maintaining integration, functional, and system test cases. Prioritize work assignments for the team and manage their deliverables. Review analysts’ test cases to ensure appropriate coverage, identify and remedy gaps in test coverage. Identify and coordinate data needs for testing.
· Manage testing progress to the QA schedule and proactively identify risks to the timeline. Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
· Manage the release of code into the QA environment and ensure the configuration management process is followed. Review release notes, share with team members, and update status of defect fixes within Quality Center.
· Assist less experienced analysts with complex problems regarding testing approach, application knowledge, and technical knowledge. Coach less experienced testers in writing of test cases. Lead test case reviews for both internal and external team members.
· Lead User Acceptance Test effort; coordinate with business users to secure resources, outline testing plan, and manage testing effort thru signoff.
· Provide testing metrics and reports for the QA dashboard to effectively communicate test status to the test team and management. Represent QA in project status meetings. Run defect review meetings.
· Troubleshoot and resolve or recommend solutions to a diverse range of complex software testing problems. Use judgment within defined policies and practices (includes software and technical documentation solutions).
· Broad application of industry standards, principles, theories and concepts involving quality testing. Identify process gaps and write procedures in line with best practices.
Job Requirements:
· Strong understanding of all aspects of the software development life cycle. Requires excellent organizational, project management, and problem solving skills; effective analytical skills to identify specific contingencies that need to be tested; detail-oriented; ability to accurately estimate and manage testing projects.
· Ability to logically and systematically analyze and solve software problems. Ability to express technical concepts and procedures clearly, precisely, and in easy to understand information, verbally and in writing; good interpersonal/customer relations skills. Efficient in the use of business software applications required to fulfill the functions of this position. Ability to learn and then train others on new applications. Experience with retail software solutions for corporate, store, planning, and warehouse systems.
REQUIREMENT #7:
Position: Mobile Automation Tester (with JAVA programming background) – 3 positions
Location: Mountain View, CA
Rate: $55/hr
Duration: 6 Months, possibility of extension
Note: Need strong JAVA programming skills (candidates who have done some JAVA or web development before moving into Mobile testing will be ideal)
There are three new mobile automation positions:
- Automation mobile engineer with Java (1 position)
- Automation mobile engineer with iOS and Android with Java experience (2 positions)
- 6 months
- Person should be willing to shift between web and mobile
- 6 months
Requirements:
- Total Experience: 5-7+ years
- Experience with manual and automated testing of mobile apps
- Mobile testing experience with iOS and Android. More so on the iOS.
- Automation experience with Appium, robotium or any mobile tools – highly preferred
- Experience in creating test strategies for mobile apps
- Need strong JAVA programming skills (candidates how have done some JAVA or web development before moving into Mobile testing will be ideal)
- Knowledge of automated test frameworks
- Knowledge of basic to intermediate SQL queries
- Experience in JavaScript, Java, testNg, webdriver would be good.
- On the fit perspective, should be able to adapt to keep up with the pace to accommodate market demands for mobile. Eg: Apple OS releases, new device releases, etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any other Engineering

Description: Need candidates specifically from monitoring background with extensive experience in Nagious, NewRelic, Graphite, Graphiti and Circonus.

• New relic, Graphiti and Circonus
• Monitoring in AWS and Cloudwatch

Position: DevOps Engineer with AWS expertise
Location: Menlo Park, CA (local candidates highly preferred)

Position: Python Developer

Description: Our existing infrastructure is written in Python and most our backend services are in Java. We use Git for version control and communicate internally using email, Github, JIRA, and Confluence.
Requirements:
As a Software Engineer you should have:
- Several years of programming experience
- Expertise writing Python
- Experience implementing and consuming HTTP APIs
- A BS in CS or equivalent experience
Other particularly valuable skills include:
- Experience with large service-oriented architectures
- Experience using Linux, Java, Hadoop, Git, AWS, Redis, nginx, various databases (both SQL and NoSQL)
