Job Title: Microfocus Cobol Developer

Duration: 12 months

Rate: $45-49/Hr. all inclusive

Location: Folsom, CA

· MicroFocus COBOL, Complex SQL query and update. Healthcare knowledge.

· Good verbal and written communication.

· Ability to logically analyze complex processes and programs and problem solve

· Ability to understand business processes and to be customer focused

· Team player who can work effectively in a team environment as a member of an application development group

· Performs analysis, coding and testing of new systems

· Provides maintenance and support for existing systems

· Strong technical coding skills with a proven track record of adherence to process

· Familiarity with SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle

· Familiarity with CMMI or Agile processes

· Bachelors Degree preferred

· Ability to interact with customers to analyze, define, test and implement technical solutions

· Demonstrated documentation skills

· Ability to troubleshoot and follow escalation procedures to resolution

· Ability to interact with onsite customer support teams for both development and production problem resolution

· Ability to work flexible hours if necessary

· Ability to balance multiple concurrent assignments with minimal direct supervision
