| PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: |
| |
| Requirements definition, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of Business Analytics solutions |
| Partner with market project team to gather and document business requirements |
| Translate functional business requirements into technical specifications |
| Develop BW solutions and implement according to Compliance Guidelines |
| Test solutions prior to releasing to end users |
| Provide recommendations for the correction, enhancement, and/or development of Business Analytic solutions |
| Resolve tickets on Time and with Quality |
| Build Relationships and Consult with counterparts both at regional and global level |
| Gain insights and understanding of business requirements and make recommendations on the applicability of the GLOBE Business Analytics Solutions to meet these business requirements |
| Advise and partner with market contacts to anticipate and address issues; and work closely with offshore sustain groups as required |
| Stay current on GLOBE and business functions and provide Knowledge Transfer on area of expertise to other Team Members |

| Experience: (Years/Type) |
| · Minimum 5 years business or data analysis |
| · Minimum 3 years working with at least 2 SAP Modules |
| · Minimum 3 years Developing in SAP BW |
| · Minimum 3 years creating functional and technical specifications for Data Warehouse and front-end BI projects |
| Skills: |
| · Must have excellent written and verbal communication |
| · SAP Business Objects experience a plus |
