·         Techno functional consultant with hands on experience in Oracle Sales Cloud – R8. 
·         Hands on experience in configuring the Oracle Sales Cloud.
·         Implementation experience in Customer, Opportunity entities in Oracle Sales cloud.
·         Clear understanding of Sales stage configuration in Sales Cloud.
·         Mapping of business process to Oracle Sales Cloud business process.
·         Configure fields in CRM to enhance data capture & usability for end users.
·         Configuring end user screens & searches to improve usability
·         Configure dashboards & desktop tools to enhance end user usability
·         Configure & create Reports & Dashboards
·         Train the users on how to do some of these admin functions.  
·         Configuration of simplified UI.
