Sales force Project Manager-Pref GC and Citizens
LOCATION:Dallas, TX
DURATION:6 months CTH
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Ability to work with functional teams through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle independent of the delivery methodology chosen.
•Solid budget and risk management experience.
•Demonstrated ability to lead Agile projects.
•Ensure operational success and execution by working within project governance standards.
•Willingness to highlight process improvements to gain efficiencies that delight the customer with the end results.
•Strong communications skills with business stakeholders and IT professional to ensure that projects and enhancements delivered meet the agreed upon needs of the business.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•Minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce delivery experience
•SFDC Sales Cloud
•SFDC Service Cloud
•Deep understanding of CRM practices
•Ability to lead new Salesforce team
•Superior analytical and problem resolution skills
•Proactive personality with a proven track record of delivering on responsibilities and tasks
POSITION PURPOSE: This position will primarily support the Customer and Consumers Solutions team as well
as providing project management support to other service lines when needed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects
utilizing a variety of implementation methodologies including iterative waterfall and agile.
Planning, Budget Management, Resource Allocation, Communications, Risk, Transition to Production and Post Production
Support.
QUALIFICATIONS: The Project Manager will support service line directors in the successful delivery of
projects and enhancements. Demonstrated experience with Agile delivery methodologies within Salesforce.com
application projects is a must. Overall knowledge of CRM, software and SaaS experience is also required.
