2.)Business case
3.)Infrastructure planning & implementation
4.)Design of Shs and CPE
5.)Retraining of employees - module development + roll out
6.)Design of career progressions , development of both shared service and retained organisation
Required skills knowledge and abilities :
Broad Knowledge and experience in Project Management
Excellent skills in communication , result orientation
General knowledge of Shared services, Bosch Entities
Education :
BE/ MBA
Personality Traits :
Structured, result orientation, future orientation , ability to work across teams , entities
Work Environment :
Project work environment, green field
