SAP Netweaver Techno-functional Lead/Architect consultant of ECC/CRM Web Channel B2B/B2C (WCEM, ISA, ICSS, and IPC), Adobe solution, Mobile Solution and SAP Portal, who has assisted multiple clients to implement, customize, and maintain their SAP custom solutions. XYZ has in-depth knowledge of sales and service process and methodology. Actively involved in new Web channel Experience Management (WCEM 3.0) upgrade from 2.0, evaluating new features and feasibility to support Catalog using TREX/MDM. He has excellent Interpersonal leadership skills for interaction with team members, Software Support staff and business groups of the company.
*13 years of IT experience in Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation of Various Software applications.
*8+ Years experience of SAP CRM implementation Experience.
*Good understanding of the WCEM 1.0/2.0 (Web Channel Experience Management) with TREX OR MDM. WCEM is the new version of CRM web channel with Rich User Interface using JSF, XHTML, AJAX and JQuery.
* Implemented ECC 4.7/5.0/6.0/7.0 EHP3 ,CRM 4.0/5.0/2007/7.0, Web Channel for multiple clients as a Technical/Functional Lead (New implementation plus upgrades )
*Have used various Application servers, IDE and version control tools SAP Netweaver Development Studio, Adobe Live Cycle Designer 7.1/8.1, , DTR, VSS, CMS, CBS, IBM Web Sphere, Eclipse, WAS 6.40/ 7.0/7.3.
*Specialize in Web Channel/E-Commerce/E-Service, ICSS, Internet Pricing and Configuration Engine (IPC), TREX.
*Good Understanding Web Channel Biller Direct, IBM Web Commerce App (WCS).
*Experience with setting up Single-Sign On, configuring NWDI , using Visual Composer for showing BW reports in SAP Portal, developed web services using NWDS and writing ABAP code for setting up pricing relevant header and item attributes in IPC
*Involved in multiple SAP Mobile Applications development and Solutions.
*Experience in SAP R/3 3.1I, 4.6C, ECC 5.0/6.0 ABAP Reports, BADIs, Data Dictionary, ABAP Query, RFC, BADIs & BAPIs.
*Expert in installation of Netweaver Application Server, Enterprise Portals and Netweaver Development Infrastructure (NWDI).
