{SAP JOBS USA:123106} Direct Client - Sr. SDET Consultant - Redmond, WA

Position Role/Title: SR. SDET 
Location: Redmond, WA
Duration: 6 Months

Qualifications:
 
This role involves contributing towards design and development of the scalable and extensible Service and also test automation Platform. You must be able to tackle technical and engineering issues independently, can ramp up quickly on a new technology, can drive cross group and cross discipline collaborations, and be passionate about innovating  test automation methodologies and establishing efficient test automation processes. This position is highly technical in nature and must be able to interact with the developers on a 1-1 basis, write code/fix defects wherever required in addition to development of test automation. This SDET is also responsible for taking test ownership of one or more features  that are being created and drive world class quality in not only the code but in the processes by which it is created and tested. The SDET must ramp up to an expert state for the application/service and technologies assigned and become a knowledge resource in the group. Work closely with program managers, dev leads, test managers and production support and drive issues to resolution.

Requirements:
 •        Strong programming, debugging, and problem solving skills in C#, SQL and .Net Framework, XML, WCF, Azure - Required
 •         Strong communication skills; verbal and written - Required
 •         Self Driven/Motivated/Creative and a Strong team Player with a relentless focus on getting things done- Required
 •         Strong Business/Analytical Problem Solving Skills and high Intellectual Horse Power - Required
 •         Strong Test Automation Skills in WebServices/Azure/SQL leveraging C# and .NET Framework - Required
 •         Proven Technical Excellence in Test Automation and developing test automation frameworks - Required
 •         6-8 years of Design/Development/Test Experience  - Required
 •         Overall 8-10 years of experience is required

SQL Server
T-SQL
.NET Framework
Communication Foundation
VSTS 2010

Secondary Skills/Nice to Have:
C++
