The key skills required
* Good domain knowledge (PeopleSoft Technical)
* Good hands on capability - should develop good quality deliverable with little guidance.
* Understands Peoplesoft Business Processes.
* Is able to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with Team lead, team members and Client.
Presents and discusses work results clearly.
* Strong academic performance
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Effective interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
* Certification in the module will be preferred
* Extensive use of Peoplesoft Application Engine and SQR for reports, data Manipulation, System Interfaces.
* Worked on specifications and produced documentation for Implementation of PeopleSoft Modules.
* Candidate must have mandatory Experience in:-People Code, People Tools 8.x, Application Engine, Component Interface, File layout. Strong SQL Skill
* Atleast one full life cycle implementation is must
* Good To Have Experience in: Crystal Reports, NVision, SQR, App Messaging, Integration Broker, Security Administration, PS-Query
* Should be B.E / B.Tech / MSc / MS / MCA / MCM
* Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
