Position - System Engineer
Purpose

Tier3 Net-Centric Technical Support Administrator: within the framework of administering net-centric applications
and environments, execute Tier3 system administration responsibilities associated with the design, architecture,
provisioning, recovery, maintenance and documentation of all distributed net-centric components, to include WebSphere,
Sun/One, Apache, CDN, tcServer, MQ, LAMP, Experimentation Site, DirectConnect, etc. Responsibilities include,
but are not limited to, the following tasks and functions:

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Position Responsibilities:
· Product installation & provisioning
· Upgrade, maintenance & patch analysis & application
· Writing test tools, process automation, etc.
· Creating & executing infrastructure test cases
· Problem analysis & troubleshooting
· Infrastructure maintenance & support
· Infrastructure performance analysis & tuning
· Project leadership & administration
· Documentation & training
· Tier3-level support and callout responsibilities

Required Baseline Skills:
· Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of training & experience
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
· Strong attention to detail

Required Technical Skills:
· Three to six years' software, middleware or hardware systems administration experience preferred
· NetCentric administration & support
· Intermediate-to-expert level knowledge of one or more IT platforms:
· IBM WebSphere Application Server [WAS V6.x-V7.x-V8.x] or equivalent container
· IBM WebSphere MQ V7.x For Distributed Platforms
· tcServer
· Web container & JAVA developer experience preferred
· JAVA
· SunOne Webserver

· Red Hat Linux
· LAMP stack [i.e. Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP] administration

Position - Developer

Purpose

Work on the customization side of the Documentum product. Implement client requirements that will benefit the enterprise and are not available OOTB. Implement and test product upgrades as required.

Skills

1. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Documentum v5.x and above
2. WDK & BPM (Workflow) development experience is a must
3. Experience with developing TBO/SBO, Methods, Modules & Jobs
4. Experience in migration / upgrade of Documentum product suite (including FAST to xPlore)
5. Experience with doing development work on Spring-Source and/or RAD application tools
6. Experience with writing Oracle stored procedures
7. Writing Unix-Administration shell-scripts
8. Deployed and used Documentum Foundation Services (webservices)
9. Experience in using VB/.NET is a plus
10. Scheduling Ctrl-M Jobs (Windows & Unix) is a plus

Position - UX Designer or UX architect UX professional

Purpose - To skillfully lead & create the interaction design (web, mobile, applications) of mid to large-scale projects and support program level initiatives with the Design Manager. To lead project teams in defining the strategy and design direction, and create a great, engaging, valued experience for the end user/investor.

Skills

Expert in Fireworks or Illustrator or photoshop.
Minimum five years industry/field specific experience.
Interactive web design experience.
Advanced knowledge in user-centered design principles, visual design, user behavior, and interactions.
Advanced knowledge in all areas of user experience design (information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering, content, user experience).
A high degree of creativity, empathy, passion, and problem-solving ability.
Experience solving complex communication problems and designing world-class experiences for mid to large-scale clients.
Excellent communication skills (story-telling, visualization) and the ability to get buy-in on those ideas within a large organization.
Proven ability to support design teams and lead a project from concept to completion.
Advanced at using data (both quantitative and qualitative) analysis techniques to inform design.
Advanced knowledge of market research, competitive landscape, and test methods (A/B, multivariate testing).
